Foreword: 2019 International Collaborative Writing Groups (ICWGs)

چکیده

Collaborative research and writing across disciplines institutions happens frequently in discipline-based research. However, opportunities for cross-collaborative scholarship teaching learning is limited comparison (Kahn et al., 2013; MacKenzie Myers, 2012). Yet the value of larger scale, team-based approaches to scholarly well recognised building networks providing a deeper understanding topic as informed by multi-disciplinary and/or international perspectives (Marquis 2014; 2015; Matthews 2017). It these reasons that International Writing Groups (ICWG) program crystallises around Society Scholarship Teaching Learning (ISSOTL) conference so valuable. ICWGs bring together academics, professional staff, students co-author articles on topics shared interest. The aims are two-fold: 1) build capacity participants work write with collaborators, 2) contribute meaningful topical SoTL literature.
